Good Morning Sunshine

There are not many do-overs in life, but there are fresh starts. Some are chosen and filled with great excitement while others are just another step in the path the Lord has laid in front of us. Some have said that doing the Will of God is just doing the next thing.

Although this blog is really for me, I trust as I move through transition into Chapter Four of my life, you will ride this roller-coaster with me as a friend and companion and hopefully, we will all grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

On The Road Again

I'm not sure why, but Greece has become our "go to" place to relax and reflect. We can relax because it has a slower pace of life and is flexible and it doesn't break the bank when it comes to expenses. It is reflective because it has so much biblical history to contemplate and which helps when studying the journeys of Paul and the early church.

Our plans are to fly into Athens on September 1, take a ferry to the island of Naxos which we will use as our base for the next 8 days as we visit several near by islands. Then we will take a tour with Fotis Romeos, a Greek pastor, to the cities of Athens, Philippi, Thessaloniki, Berea and perhaps Corinth. At each of these place we hope to do some recording which we will post on this site.
